No Excuses

This pretty much sums it up- you have NO excuses. 

There is literally no excuse big enough for you not to move your body everyday.  If you don’t make time now for exercise your body will make sure to let you know later. There isn’t enough space on this blog entry for me to list all of the health problems that can manifest as a result of lack of fitness.  Not to mention the eventual early breakdown of your body, loss of function, and revoked independence. There is no pill or surgery that will EVER fix a lack of exercise. Weakness is a choice, period.  Everyone is an athlete. Everyone is built to require movement, just as much as we are required to have good nutrition and unconditional love in our lives. Why wait until you’ve broken down and fallen apart to take action? It is so much less painful and less expensive to start now then to pay the price later. Stop choosing to be under-strong. Isn’t it time for you to quit validating those excuses that you tell yourself when it comes time to go invest some energy?  Do yourself a favor and listen to what Nike says: Just Do IT.
