Do What Moves You!

marshmellow-fitness1Did you know that the longevity of your body and your health is directly proportional to the amount that you move it? It’s no secret that people that move their body on a regular basis have significantly less heart disease, diabetes, cancer, arthritis, dementia, depression, joint pain, fatigue etc.  And enjoy better health, less pain, more energy, spend FAR less money on health care, have more sex, enjoy more productive and healthier years through their lives,  and are overall happier-healthier people.  So duhhh, get your butt off that marsh mellow couch and sweat a little bit.  Do what moves you.  You don’t need a gym membership or some fancy home equipment, all you need is to find something that moves you and do it.  Deciding is not enough….there’s 5 frogs sitting on a log, one decides to jump off.  Now how many are left?  5! One only decided to jump.  And if you think you don’t have time, you’re right! You don’t have any time to lose. If you’re not moving you’re dying.
